Here we go again.......I know how you feel, Every magazine I read seems to have the same stories on the paranormal subject but they just add new characters or location....What I want to know is why all the sudden interest !!! OK its been goin' on supposedly since the 40's but now Hollywood are in on the act We have MIB, Contact,Independance day the list is still on going, Does this mean the movie makers know more than we do or is it just a fluke ??? And now that we all know so much about UFO's and aliens do we forget about hauntings and ghosts, It seems to me like the moving statues we had in Ireland a few years ago that we all seem to have a fashon trend on paranormal activity one year its appiritions the next its ufo flaps !! Now dont get me wrong I believe that there are a great many things that we dont understand and I also happen to be a paranormal investigator with IUFOPRA a very established association but we need to keep everything in context, Im sure that even though UFO's became more popular recently it did'nt neccessarily mean that hauntings did'nt occur just that they took a back seat! People have come to realise that there is more to the human race than blood, sweat & tears, We have a spiritual side that most of us have not yet identified let alone explore, as children most of us had imaginary friends or at least thats what our parents called them, Grandparents on the other hand had a more religious approach and called them guardian angels, Now Im sure a lot of them could be of a spiritual nature maybe even..........dare I say it........an alien !! Children dont have the same sense of reality as grown ups do they dont have all the worries and clutter of adults, Somehow they are more in tune with themselves (The inner child) I will write from time to time on this page regarding these subjects, But if anyone would like to contact me in the meantime please do so at my address below ........ | ||||||||||||||||

Im 29 now but when I was 5 yrs old I was travelling in the car with my parents, when I noticed at the hill beside the road people in very old fashioned clothes (irish shawls etc) they seemed to be trying to rebuild a house with wood it looked like something out of a movie set ! I told my parents at that moment but they saw nothing and presumed I was making it up. Many many years later through constant pestering on my part my parents found out that there had been an eviction there at that particular site during the famine in Ireland ........ | My own little senarios! | ||||||||||||||||

| Ghosts & things !! | Growing up in my house was usually interrupted by a power failure every 3 months or so I lived in a very rural area which tended to be very unlucky in that respect, But we used to sit around the fire with my father and mother telling us of things that happened to them or their parents regarding strange phenomena, now this happened in most irish houses nearly all our ancestors knew of someone or even heard or saw themselves a banshee (an old small woman with very long hair who would mourn for the dead !! Kids now dont even know what a banshee is these stories probably ked me to my interest in this phenomena and I am grateful to my family for sharing their stories with me as I'm sure a lot of Irish people are ............. | ||||||||||||||||
